Management Associate Program (MAP) is a 2-year accelerated career track designed to groom the future leaders, innovators, and changemakers of the EdTech industry.

Are you the one we are looking for?
Preferably final-year students (expected graduation by July 2026); fresh graduates with up to 1 year of working experience are also welcome to apply.
Has experience participating in business case competitions, or recognized achievements such as being a Mapres (Outstanding Student), OSN winner, or recipient of national/international academic awards.
Previous internship experience in a tech company, consulting firms, or FMCG.
Have experience participate in business case competition (as a finalist / winner would be a plus)
Demonstrate your exceptional leadership skills through experience within organizations.

Rotating across three very different teams (Product, Corporate Strategy, and Marketing) made my MAP journey at Ruangguru feel like an intense learning roller coaster. From exploring user journeys and crafting sales strategies to executing one of Ruangguru's biggest marketing projects, each rotation came with its own challenges; that's exactly what made it exciting. How long is the program? When does it start?
The program is a two-year journey designed to accelerate future leaders at Ruangguru. It consists of three rotations across key business functions, each lasting around eight months. The upcoming Batch 8 will officially start in July 2026 , with the selection process taking place between October and December 2025.
What makes this program different compared to others?
We have designed this program to really enable the success of top talents that will contribute to Ruangguru’s long-term vision and success.
What should I prepare for my application?
In general, you only have to prepare your most updated resume. (Tip: Keep resume to strictly 1 page only, highlighting any previous internship experience, achievements, leadership experience).
How should I prepare to be excellent during Super Challenge Day?
You should do your "homework" / research on all things Ruangguru, including all our different products/services, as well as our communication across so many touch points like social media, website, etc. You will be given limited time to work on your business case presentation, thus doing research beforehand will give you an advantage.
If I am being selected, what is the working arrangement?
This position is Jakarta-based and follows a hybrid working model of four days working from the office (WFO) and one day remote (WFH/WFA) each week.
How will my rotations be chosen?
We will definitely try to accommodate your preferences and place you in the function you selected. However it also really depends on our assessment towards you through the recruitment process, as well as what Ruangguru needs.
